We sell custom print on demand designs. We are unable to accept returns. If there is a defect issue with the product you receive we are able to contact the vendors to replace the item. When a defect happens we will only need a photo taken of the defect to provide to the vendor.
Our vendors stand behind the quality of the products and guarantee the workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors etc.
If a customer picks the wrong size or color, can it be changed?
Our vendors are automated for processing orders as fast as possible so you get the orders ASAP. Unfortunately, because of the automated process, any requests to change an order must be submitted before the item has entered production. We have the ability to pause your order within a short time to correct your order. However, if the order is already in "being fulfilled", it is too late to put it on hold. Once an order has entered production, it is going to be decorated and we are no longer able to edit the order.
